Howden Broking Group announced today the acquisition of a majority stake in New Generation Insurance Services LLC (NGIS) in Oman. The new entity will be renamed Howden Insurance Brokers LLC.

The business will be lead by Rajiv Arora who joined Howden as CEO of the new company on 15 August 2017. Rajiv has 30 years’ experience in the industry.  Prior to nearly a decade with RSA-Al Ahlia, he held various sales and leadership roles with AXA Oman, Norwich Union Bahrain, Heath Lambert, and New India Assurance Company. He will report to Atinc Yilmaz, the recently appointed Regional CEO of Howden Turkey, Middle East and Africa.
